We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with stains, odors, pet hair, makeup marks, deodorant marks, signs of washing, alterations, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns due to damage, defects, or an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging.
Sale, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item, size, or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item.
